Fall 2024 Cheer and Flag Football Registration

Welcome to the Fall 2024 Cheer and Flag Football Registration with the Dekalb Youth Football League!

Registration begins on 3/15/2024.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard,  Discover, or bank ACH information available.

 

As a reminder, this registration is for the DeKalb Youth Football League located in DeKalb, Illinois.

 

Both Flag Football and Cheerleading are co-ed.

Payment Plan Options Available

There are two (2) payment plan options available:

  • Payment Plan option #1: Down payment due at time of online registration and three (3) equal installments due for the remainder of the registration fees owed. You will be charged on May 15th, June 15th, and July 15th.
  • Payment Plan option #2: Down payment due at time of online registration and four (4) equal installments due for the remainder of the registration fees owed. You will be charged on May 15th, June 15th, July 15th, and August 15th.

Payment Options only available online.

Family Discount

If you are registering more than one player/cheerleader in your family at the same time, you will receive a $25.00 discount off each child's registration fee.  

In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your Family’s discounted rates.***

Annual Raffle Ticket Fundraiser

Each year, we hold our Raffle Ticket Fundraiser where you can help offset your cost of registration fees.

Raffle Tickets will be disbursed at in-person equipment/uniform fittings. 

Equipment Fitting set to be end of May/beginning of June - Date : TBD  

 

 

Refund Policy

Registration refunds will be granted if requested in writing by 06/1/24 (Note: This refund date also applies to anyone registering close to the 6/1/24 deadline). After the 6/1/24 deadline, no refunds will be given unless it is due to medical reason and a doctor’s note is given.  If for medical reason, refund will be registration fee paid minus administrative fees, uniform cost and amount of sold raffle tickets (un-sold raffle tickets must be returned)
